Every piece from Ankit V Kapoor is a unique creation, meticulously crafted with hand embroidery and other intricate detail oriented work. Our garments are made-to-order, allowing us to focus on mindful design, minimize waste, and create bespoke pieces for each customer. Due to this personalized approach, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with a confirmation and tracking details.

We offer shipping across India and internationally.

Domestic Delivery
- Orders within the Delhi/NCR region are typically delivered within 20-25 business days.
- For other regions in India, delivery times are 25-30 business days.
- Shipping within India is free.

International Delivery
- International orders generally arrive within 30-35 business days.
- Standard international shipping rates range from INR 4000 (USD 55) to INR 8000 (USD 110), depending on location, weight, and package volume.
- Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in the order cost. These additional charges must be paid directly to the shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, etc.) upon delivery, based on the invoice provided by the carrier.

All orders are processed at our workshop in New Delhi, India, and will be delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to us. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code and mobile number.
